Director

Iñigo has over 25 years of experience in executive search and the pharmaceutical industry.
He has led senior searches and advisory projects in complex environments where leadership decisions require a clear understanding of both business and context.
Before joining Gendea, he held leadership roles in international executive search firms.

Fernanda Meneses

Associate Director

Fernanda focuses on executive search and leadership assessment, supporting industrial and multinational organizations in Mexico, the United States, and Spain.
Her work centers on evaluating candidates beyond their experience, with particular attention to cultural alignment and leadership capability.

Monica Arroyo

Head of Leadership Consultancy

Mon Arroyo, a Mexican national based in Spain, brings over 30 years of experience in the Mexican Foreign Service, with a background in consular and administrative roles across international environments.
She combines this operational experience with advanced training in Team Coaching, Somatic Coaching, and Ontological Coaching. Her work focuses on helping teams navigate complexity, align around shared objectives, and improve how they operate in practice.
With a background in History, she brings a systemic perspective to understanding group dynamics and facilitating meaningful transformation. She works in both English and Spanish, with a strong focus on results and professional integrity.
